We work closely with Wirral Met College in our apprenticeships, many have gone on to work full time for ADC.
Embracing a greener future, our company ensures that all staff vehicles are either fully electric or hybrid models. To facilitate this eco-conscious choice, we have installed 6 charging points at our head office, with plans for additional ones as more employees switch to electric vehicles.
Furthermore, our workforce has embraced the concept of car sharing, effectively reducing the number of vehicles commuting to our offices in Bromborough, cutting down on unnecessary journeys.
By prioritizing sustainability and encouraging environmentally-friendly practices, we strive to make a positive impact on our planet.
Currently we have an outstanding 95% recycling measurement on the waste we produce at ADC.
