We’re a thriving and dynamic company committed to employee engagement and satisfaction all round! We provide all our staff with the training they need to be able to complete their jobs including both internal (in our in-house training facility) and external training.
Many of ADC’s higher level management and board members all began their ADC careers in other jobs and have worked their way up to the roles they have today.
Investing in future skills
ADC pride ourselves in working with our local colleges in providing apprenticeships / work experience, and educational days in schools showing children insights into the manufacturing industry and how we create our products.
Many of our apprentices have gone on to full time roles in our business and thrived in developing their skills and career progression.
Reducing our carbon footprint
We are committed to maximising energy efficiency in our building and operations to create a sustainable future for our business and future employees. Some of our immediate aims is to become a paperless office in all operations and marketing material. We are already replaced all our lighting with energy saving LED lighting to reduce waste and energy bills.
Working with Impact Ltd
We are currently working with Impact which makes it easy to measure, evaluate and visualise our organisation’s social value, social impact and sustainability. We will be able to log social value data throughout the organisation to show stakeholders & customers the stories behind our initiatives. We will updating our website over to to reflect our progress.

We are passionate about offering apprenticeships in our business, we have had many apprentices here at ADC over the years, and work hard to try and retain them after they have qualified and developed their career.
We work with local colleges to offer students the opportunities to work with with to provide employment opportunities in the Wirral.
Supporting Local Charities
Our staff and management team raise awareness of local charities and support by organising many events such as cake bakes, jumper days, sponsorships and supporting staff in their own charity efforts.
We will be working with our teams throughout the year to be involved in many local events and causes close to our staffs hearts.
Creating a great place to work
Our business is successful because of the team behind it, they are our greatest asset and the face of the business. We ensure that they are offered the best training so they can achieve the highest standards possible, its imperative to us that they are safe, happy and provided with a good environment to work in.
Improving our business vehicles
All of our company staff vehicles are either fully electric or hybrid models. 6 charging points have been installed at our head office with more planned in the future when staff change vehicles. Many of our staff have implemented car sharing to reduce the amount of vehicles making the journey to the offices.
