Competitive & Realistic OTE Package – Based on Experience.  Based in Bromborough, the Wirral – this role is full time and office-based, although part-time would be considered for the right, experienced candidate.

One of the UK’s leading manufacturers, installers and service & maintenance providers of automatic doors is seeking a Telephone Sales Executive to assist in the continued growth of the business in the UK.

This role will be supporting growth across the key divisions of the business through pro-active new business calling.  This is not a prospecting or appointment setting role, but a role specifically created to chase the various pipelines of opportunity from works quoted, service contract renewals due, etc.  It is primarily supporting existing relationships, but with the concentration on getting work “over the line” after it has been quoted.

There will also be a requirement to support direct sales campaigns initiated by the business, but again, not in a “cold calling” or prospecting manner.

This is a key sales support role that would suit someone with;

  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • A positive and dynamic attitude
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Practical experience of CRM systems would be an advantage
  • Sales campaign execution experience
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outbound call experience

This is an opportunity for an experienced Telephone Sales Executive to make a real impact and to drive their own career development options going forward.

Technical knowledge and experience of the industry is not essential as support and training will be provided but relevant sales follow up experience is desirable in the right candidate.  The capacity to work effectively and efficiently as part of the growth strategy for the business is much more relevant as a requirement, as is a proven track record of success in a similar role.
