1. What type of automatic door system is best?

BS EN 16005 is the British and European standard for automatic doors. All doors installed or maintained since 10th April 2013 must meet BS EN 16005 standards. At ADC, our engineers are trained to be fully compliant with all the latest industry regulations.

7. Do you provide a product guarantee?

All ADC installations are under warranty for one year from the date of installation. We also offer a comprehensive annual service contract to ensure that your automatic door is in the best working order.

8. What happens if electricity flow is interrupted?

If power is interrupted, automatic doors can be manually opened. A back-up battery system can also be installed in case of power failure.

9. What can I do in the case of product failure?

With an ADC service contract, we’ll ensure that your automatic doors function smoothly and efficiently. In case of product failure, we offer a 24/7 call out service 365 days a year. We provide excellent response times to help you to get back up and running as quickly as possible.
