ADC recently finished installing a disabled automatic door at Happy Times Activities Centre and generously contributed to support the centre with a £500 donation.

The story of Happy Times & creating smiles.

In 2011, founder Helen Oliver embarked on a mission to enhance the happiness of vulnerable adults. Drawing on her background in Yoga and a combination of uplifting activities, she crafted an inclusive service that generates joyful experiences.

Initially, beginning with Outreach services and eventually established inviting social spaces for community engagement. As demand grew, they realized the need for expansion, leading to the launch of their own Activity and Sensory Centre in Moreton in 2017. This centre has been warmly embraced by all who visit, described as a true home away from home.

The ongoing success can be attributed to the incredible individuals they serve, who have been guiding them from the very beginning. Working alongside a compassionate and imaginative team, they create countless enchanting moments together.

Helen remains at the heart of our organization, often seen in her bare feet, engaging in conversations with participants and eagerly embracing their next innovative idea.
