What are your main responsibilities at ADC?
My main responsibilities are to deliver windows and doors to a high standard, within the required deadlines.

What is your favourite thing about working at ADC?
Working with a great bunch of lads in the factory and knowing that my work is making customers happy. Also payday’s Haha!

If you could switch jobs with someone at ADC for the day, what would you like to do and why?
Mike Cleary (Factory Manager)
So I could see how the factory is run from a management point of view and see all aspects of the work that goes into a completed job.

What are your favourite aspects of your job?
Mainly, the hands on aspect of my job. I enjoy learning about new systems and new ways in which to make my work better to continually improve.

What is your least favourite thing about working at ADC?
Getting out of bed on a summer’s days, wishing I was going fishing instead!
Also, the factory can be quite noisy sometimes!

Favourite/ any poignant ADC memories?
Tying Lee Johnson up on his last day!
Also, attending site and getting stuck in with the fitters.

What has been the worst job you’ve ever had?
Selling hoovers door to door – I only lasted 5 days!

On Saturdays you can find me:
Playing football and then down the pub to watch the Liverpool game.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A footballer or a jockey

Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time?
Hopefully working my way up the ladder at JPF/ADC

What is your biggest accomplishment to date?
Becoming England Thai Boxing Champion and travelling to Thailand to train.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Salt and Pepper Chicken

A round of beer in the pub for me and the factory lads
