The award winning Cheshire Ice Cream Farm supplies over 1000 pubs, restaurants and retail units throughout the UK, and currently attracts over half a million visitors a year. Set around a 1,000 sq. metre ice cream parlour, the attraction is considered to be the largest purpose-built ice cream parlour in the world.
Due to their increasing popularity and footfall, in 2015 the Cheshire Ice Cream Farm began a £4 million re-development headed up by Bretton Architectural.
As part of this refurbishment the ADC team installed 2 new sets of double power swing operator kits including appropriate safety sensors to the Ice Cream Parlour’s main entrance doors. Automating the parlour doors opened up access and ensures the Ice Cream farm is DDA compliant.
