ADC sponsors a pitch at the Claire House Cup
Claire House Children’s Hospice offers care, support and choice to families whose children won’t live to be adults, caring across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, West Lancashire and the Isle of Man. The hospice, which is located in Bebington on the Wirral, relies largely on goodwill to pay the £2.9 million annually needed to fund operations.
The Claire House Cup was set up in memory of Wirral schoolboy Elliot Wilde who lost his battle with cancer in 2011, to help raise money for Claire House. The fifth Claire House Cup was held this weekend with record numbers of young footballers taking part to help raise money for the charity. With over 1500 children taking part in 156 teams, the turn out this year was brilliant.
2016 marks the second year ADC have sponsored the event, helping raise money for this great cause. ADC pitched our support to the event, sponsoring the under 9’s pitch with ADC installations manager Jason Ashcroft attending the event to cheer on the teams and further show our support.
Please join us in supporting the hospice and donate today to help improve young people’s lives who desperately need their support.
