The JPF Group Annual Awards
The JPF Group (Including The Automatic Door Company) hosted our first annual awards ceremony at The Village Hotel, Bromborough on Friday 16th December 2016.
The awards recognised all members of the JPF work force and their achievements over the past 12 months. The workforce was split into 3 departments with each award having a winner from the Office, Factory and Engineers department. The 7 different award categories gave us the opportunity to crown JPF’s Top Performer, Most Improved Employee, Unsung Hero, Best New Comer, Greatest Team Player, Best Dressed Employee and Biggest Drama Queen. The winners were:
Top Performer
The Top Performer Award celebrates members of the team who are efficient and effective at their job roles. These are the individuals who give 100% in their job every day and work hard to achieve exceptional results. Our top performers from each department show outstanding contribution to the company and excel in their roles at JPF. Our winners were:
Office: Mike Woods (Estimating Manager)
Factory: Tom Taft (Door Team Leader)
Engineers: Tom Challinor (Senior Installations Engineer)
Most improved
The Most Improved Award celebrates employees who have shown determination and progression within their employment at JPF. These employees have worked hard this year to improve their skills and knowledge in their roles. Our winners were:
Office: Jacquie Gemmell (Installations Coordinator) & Anna Boultbee (Sales Administrator)
Factory: Wade Sword (Fabricator)
Engineers: Jordan Yates (Service Engineer)
Unsung Hero
The Unsung Hero Award celebrates employees who are often unaware of their value, contribution and hard work to the JPF team. The are the members of staff who keep JPF afloat and we couldn’t live without them! Our winners were:

Best Newcomer
The Best New Comer Award celebrates individuals who have joined the JPF Group in the last 12 months, who have easily and quickly adapted to life at the Company. Our winners were:

Greatest Team Player
The Greatest Team Player Award highlights employees who go out of their way to help and support other colleagues within any aspect of the company. They are approachable by all employees and always give 100% team effort on every occasion. Our winners were:

Best Dressed
The Best Dressed Award is given to employees who always look smart, stylish and appropriately dressed for the work place and their role. Our winners were:

Biggest Drama Queen
The Biggest Drama Queen Award celebrates those individuals within the company who have the ability to exaggerate situations and always respond in a melodramatic manner! These awards were accepted in great spirit – the recipients all know that they are greatly valued employees and no offence (we hope!) was taken by anyone! Our winners were:

As well as honouring our individual award winners, we also celebrated our staff members who have stuck with the company for 5, 10 and 15 years! As JPF turns 20 next year we acknowledge that our employees are what has made JPF flourish and grow as a company. We appreciate all your hard work and commitment over the years and we look forward to many more!
